Damjana Stopar (1975, Brežice) graduated from the Department of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana in 2000, under the mentorship of Professor Emerik Bernard. In 2005, she completed her master's degree in graphics, under the mentorship of Professor Lojze Logar. In 2013, she received an award for her nude paintings at the May Salon. She is a member of the ZDSLU and the Association of Fine Artists of Dolenjska. She lives and works in Sevnica.
